Programmed In Safety
Safety is paramount in busy commercial kitchens. The Cookline CC100 is fitted with an automatic ignition system for gas safety operation, which activates in the event of a flameout. If the ignition fails 3 times, the deck oven will automatically shut down. The 60-minute electric timer is fitted with an audible alarm that can be heard even in loud kitchens. Even better, the built-in convection fan can be switched between 2 modes (cool and cook), and 2 speeds (high and low). Adding flexibility to efficiently use this commercial oven on all your recipes.

 

Ultra Performance

 

With 54,000 total BTU, temperatures between 167 to 563 degrees Fahrenheit, this restaurant convection oven is all set for heavy duty performance. It comes with a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection, and a 120V electrical connection for operation.
